SERVICE FEES:

• If you buy one of my listings, you only pay the stated listing commission (usually 3.57% of the final purchase price including legal VAT for single-family homes) upon closure - no extra fees here!
• If you need document check service for a listing that's not mine, the fee is € 500 incl. VAT per property, incl. a written report;
